Wisconsin Supreme Court Notice
Order 13-11B: Pro Hac Vice Applications
The Wisconsin Supreme Court, on its own motion, amended SCR 10.03(4)(b)2 regarding the allocation of fees an applicant for admission pro hac vice is required to pay. The court has decided to reallocate the fees and has further determined that the State Bar of Wisconsin will receive and administer a portion of the fees for admission pro hac vice. Effective July 1, 2019, pro hac vice applications will pay $50 to the OLR and $200 to the State Bar of Wisconsin.
