    Order 19-02: Pilot Project Governing Electronic Filing in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court

    On Feb. 15, 2019, the clerk of the supreme court and court of appeals petitioned the court to authorize a pilot project and adopt an interim rule to develop and test procedures to permit exclusive electronic filing of documents in the court of appeals and supreme court.

    ORDER ISSUED: April 15, 2019

    DISPOSITION: Petition granted and the interim rule is adopted effective the date of this order, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable.
