    Public Hearing 18-04: Pro Hac Vice Admission for Nonresident Counsel

    On July 17, 2018, counsel for the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin petitioned the court to amend SCR 10.03(4) to exempt from the requirements of the pro hac vice admission rule those counsel who appear in matters involving the Indian Child Welfare Act, 25 U.S.C. 1911, codified in Wisconsin as the Wisconsin Indian Child Welfare Act.

    ORDER ISSUED: Dec. 4, 2018

    DISPOSITION: Public hearing on Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court Hearing Room in the State Capitol, Madison.
