It changes constantly – what is required to keep your information secure. Get the latest information to help you protect confidential data at the Health, Labor, and Employment Law Institute this August.

June 6, 2018 – It’s not an easy task to stay abreast of all the latest information on cybersecurity.

Find out the latest information at the plenary session, “Information Security: Protecting Confidential Data Before, During, and After the Employment Relationship,” at the 2018 Health, Labor, and Employment Law Institute, Aug. 16-17, 2018, in Wisconsin Dells.

This institute brings together judges, lawyers, legal staff, and other legal professionals for two days of learning and networking. These events offer in-depth CLE programming for flexible learning opportunities as well as social activities.

Earn up to 12 CLE credits and 1 EPR credit as you choose from breakout sessions in three tracks: Health Law, Labor and Employment Law, and Practical Perspectives. Topics include everything from the importance of health care boilerplate and changes to employee nonsolicitation restrictions, to the impact of the #MeToo movement and evolving cannabis laws.

Plenary sessions will take a closer look at key issues including how to work with in-house counsel, protecting data in the employment relationship, as well as professional responsibility issues in a social media world.

The institute is also your opportunity to network with legal professionals from around the country. Relax and connect at the Thursday evening cocktail reception and optional dinner at Ravina Bay Bar & Grill.
