Final 17-09, 08-17: Petition to Amend SCR 10.03(4)(b)2 Relating to Pro Hac Vice Applications
The Wisconsin Access to Justice Commission petitioned the court to amend SCR 10.03(4)(b)2, the “pro hac vice” rule, to increase the fee for admission pro hac vice from $250 to $300, and to allocate the $50 increase to the commission.

DISPOSITION: Petition denied.
