    Defending Yourself Against Cyber Threat

    Sept. 6, 2017 – As recent cyberattacks have shown, data breaches can occur in a variety of ways and continue to put the protected information of millions of Americans at risk. Organizations that are repositories for sensitive information are prime targets for a cyberattack. This includes law firms, both large and small.

    FBI Special Agent Byron Franz describes common cyber threats and provides some strategies for how lawyers can defend themselves and advise their clients.
