    Proposed Changes to Federal Rules of Appellate, Bankruptcy, Civil, and Criminal Procedure: Comment by Feb. 15

    Dec. 7, 2016 – The Judicial Conference Advisory Committees on Federal Rules of Appellate, Bankruptcy, Civil, and Criminal Procedure have proposed amendments to respective rules and forms and are requesting comments from the bench and bar.
