    Ramped up and ready to give you a full-spectrum CLE experience, the 2016 Health, Labor, and Employment Law Institute offers three diverse and comprehensive CLE tracks:

    Health Law: Explore telemedicine, wellness compliance, the 340(b) drug pricing program, institutional review boards, clinical trials, antitrust concerns, and big data.

    Labor and Employment Law: Get the latest updates on new worker’s comp laws, the new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, joint employment issues, noncompete agreements, and LGBT situations.

    Practice Essentials: Learn how to respond to mental health subpoenas, handle credentialing, fire someone the right way, conduct a wage and hour audit, and comply with the Stark Law and anti-kickback statute.

    Earn up to 11 CLE credits and 1 EPR credit while adapting your CLE experience to fit your needs. Attend all the sessions in one track, or mix and match sessions across all three areas of focus. Plus, catch up on topics you miss with two free webcast replays following the institute.

    An Expanded Lineup

    The 2016 Institute features an expanded Health Law Update and Labor and Employment Law Update –now in two longer opening plenary sessions to give you a more robust examination of valuable case law updates in the health and employment practice areas.

    And don’t miss the special optional keynote presentation with luncheon, the networking cocktail reception, and an optional golf excursion or brewery tour.

    Golf Outing at Wild Rock

    On Friday, Aug. 19, enjoy a world-class golf game at Wild Rock Golf Club at The Wilderness. This 18-hole championship course is one of the few courses in the United Stated chiseled around and through a former quarry. Don’t have a foursome? Don’t worry. You’ll have the chance to meet and get to know interesting new people.

    Tee times start at 1:30 p.m., after the CLE programming is completed. Cost is $79 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, and use of the practice facility. However, this outing is limited to 20 participants, so register early to ensure your space by emailing Toni Wood.
