Final Order 13-11D: Pro Hac Vice Applications
Upon the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s own motion, the court amended the comment to SCR 10.03(4) reallocating distribution of the $250 application fee for admission pro hac vice. The amendment changes a portion of the total allocation from $50 to the Office of lawyer Regulation to $25 to the OLR and $25 to the State Bar of Wisconsin for costs incurred to administer and allocate pro hac vice fees received to the various recipients of those funds.
ORDER ISSUED: May 4, 2021
DISPOSITION: Wisconsin Comments to SCR 10.03(4) amended. Effective June 1, 2021.
