    Hearing Order 19-25: Increasing Annual Assessment for Wisconsin Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection

    On Dec. 23, 2019, the Wisconsin Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection petitioned the court to amend SCR 12.07(2)(a) to increase the annual assessment of attorneys for the fund to provide sufficient income for payment of eligible claims.

    ORDER ISSUED: Feb. 25, 2020

    DISPOSITION: Public hearing set for Thursday, April 2, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court Hearing Room in the State Capitol, Madison.
