    Hearing Order 19-23: Performing the Duties of Judicial Office Impartially and Diligently

    On Nov. 25, 2019, the Judicial Conduct Advisory Committee (JCAC) filed a rule petition seeding to amend the Wisconsin Code of Judicial Conduct, SCR Chapter 60, pertaining to performing the duties of judicial office.

    ORDER ISSUED: Sept. 4, 2020

    DISPOSITION: Public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020, beginning at 9:30 a.m., via video/audio conferencing. The Supreme Court hearing room will be closed to the public.
