    Order 19-01: Amendments to Court Rules and Procedural Statutes Relating to Making the Record

    On Jan. 25, 2019, the Director of State Courts petitioned the court to amend several court rules and procedural statutes to address the ongoing anticipated shortage of stenographic court reporters and to deem monitored digital audio reporting an accepted court reporting method, in order to permit a blended system of stenographic and digital audio reporting.

    ORDER ISSUED: April 22, 2019

    DISPOSITION: Petition granted, effective July 1, 2019.
