Wisconsin Supreme Court Notice
Final Order 18-05: Proposed Amendment to SCR 14.03(2), Access to Justice Commission
On Oct. 29, 2018, the Wisconsin Access to Justice Commission (WATJC) filed a rule petition asking the court to amend SCR 14.03(2) to add one member to its board of directors, thereby increasing the board to 18 members. The WATJC wants the president of the Wisconsin Tribal Judges Association to designate a member to serve on the WATJC board.
ORDER ISSUED: Nov. 12, 2018
DISPOSITION: Petition granted, effective Nov. 12, 2018
