Final Order 18-02: Petition to Amend SCR Chapter 60, Appendix A. (2) Relating to Administration of the Judicial Conduct Advisory Committee
The Judicial Conduct Advisory Committee (JCAC) petitioned the court to amend SCR Chapter 60, Appendix A. (2) to facilitate the JCAC’s performance of its duties by creating the position of vice chair. The position would be appointed by the court to assume the chair’s responsibilities if the chair of the JCAC is unavailable.
ORDER ISSUED: June 18, 2018
DISPOSITION: Petition granted, effective the date of the order.
