    Social networking and electronic discovery

April 21, 2010 – In this video, State Bar Practice Management Advisor Nerino Petro discusses the opportunities to use social networking to aid e-discovery with Bruce Olson, president of ONLAW Trial Technologies LLC.

Did you miss the recent three-part series on electronic and computer forensics evidence? In Part 1, Olson explains when a lawyer would engage the services of a computer or e-discovery forensics expert. In Part 2, he explains how information is electronically stored and who should be concerned about electronically stored information. In Part 3, Olsen discusses how to ensure electronic evidence is not altered and ways to control e-discovery costs.

In a future clip, Petro and Olson will explain effective ways to present electronic and computer forensics evidence in court.
