Inside the Bar May 2004: Save time and money, avoid traffic and parking hassles ... attend a State Bar CLE Webcast seminar

Webcast seminars offer State Bar members an option to attend select CLE seminars right from their desktops. Webcast seminars - like live and video seminars - are offered at a scheduled time, but viewers can attend from their home, office, or even on the road. Webcast viewers receive a live video stream via a link accessed through their computers. Slides and seminar handout materials can be downloaded before the program begins. Participants can submit their questions to the presenters during the program's interactive portion.

System requirements. If you want to attend a Webcast seminar, your computer system must meet several requirements. It must have a 4.0 or later version of Netscape navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, Windows 95, 98, or NT 4, and a sound card.

Viewing tips. Get the most out of your Webcast experience by being prepared - well before the seminar begins. Here's how. Register early, write down your login and password and put them in a safe place, review the system requirements listed above, test your computer system, and download seminar materials.
