May 20, 2026 – A pocket-sized evidence rulebook. A family law handbook with forms, checklists, and procedures. A newly supplemented employment law resource covering private-sector, nonunion employment issues. Together, these State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE® books can help Wisconsin lawyers stay organized, prepared, and current.
This compilation of the Wisconsin Rules of Evidence contains just the rules – no commentary, no cases, no Judicial Council Committee Notes – in a 4" x 6" booklet just the right size for a pocket, purse, backpack, or briefcase.
You’re on the move and can’t always be near a computer or statute book. Put the relevant rules of evidence right in your pocket.
The
2026 edition includes recent legislation that:
amended Wisconsin’s rule on the admissibility of expert witness testimony to conform to the corresponding rule in the Federal Rules of Evidence;
recodified Wisconsin’s battery statutes and modified corresponding cross-references throughout the Wisconsin Statutes, including in the Wisconsin Rules of Evidence;
provided that violations of the newly created offenses of sexual extortion and child grooming qualify as “sexual misconduct” under the Wisconsin Rules of Evidence; and
modified the rule governing the admissibility of audiovisual recordings of children’s statements by increasing the maximum age at which the person giving the statement is considered a “child.”
This volume is new, and ready to ship in May 2026.
