Although you should allow two weeks for delivery, most books and supplements are in stock and are sent out within two working days. We ship via UPS, so make sure you have given us the correct street address (no PO boxes, please) for delivery.

Shipping charges are based on the dollar value of your purchase and equal 15% of the total amount shipped. There is a $2.50 minimum shipping charge and a $35.00 maximum.
Alternate shipping charges apply for pamphlets ordered from the "Educator resources" section.
Shipping is not applicable to online and downloadable products.
Yes, we charge sales tax for all orders that are being shipped to addresses inside of Wisconsin. Tax is calculated based on the "shipped to address" and includes state, county, and stadium taxes as applicable.
Once you have clicked "Proceed to checkout" you will have the opportunity to change either the billing or the shipping address for this order. Please do not use PO Box addresses for shipping.

You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific coupon code. Coupon codes will be available to you via email or direct mail promotional pieces. The "Add to wish list" link allows you to save the items you're thinking about purchasing. These items will remain on your wish list until you add them to your shopping cart or delete them. Only books and products may be added to your wish list. Seminars or other events may not be added.
"My wish list" is not the same thing as "My shopping cart." When you decide to purchase an item, you will need to move it from your wish list to your shopping cart in order to complete the order.
