The State Bar of Wisconsin is partnering with We the People/Wisconsin to host a debate between Wisconsin Supreme Court candidates on Friday, March 22, at 7 p.m. at the State Bar Center in Madison.

The incumbent, Justice Patience Roggensack, and her challenger, attorney and Marquette University Law School Professor Ed Fallone, will debate before a live audience at the State Bar Center. WISC-TV Anchor Eric Franke will moderate the debate, which features questions from citizens. This is the only planned debate between the two candidates.
“I am pleased to be a part of the debate so that we have the opportunity to discuss our experience and judicial philosophy,” said Roggensack. “I look forward to debating Justice Roggensack about the serious issues facing our court,” said Fallone.

Can’t attend in person? WISC-TV (Channel 3, Madison) will air the hour debate in its entirety on Sunday, March 24 at 10 a.m., on TVW at 9 p.m., and on WKBT-TV, (Channel 8, La Crosse) at 10:35 p.m. (delayed if NCAA tournament runs past scheduled time).
