Green Bay attorney honored for pro bono services:
Award given at State Bar convention by Legal Action of Wisconsin

Madison, June 25, 1998 - Green Bay attorney Herbert C. Liebmann III of Liebmann and Conway was honored today for pro bono legal services at the State Bar of Wisconsin's Annual Convention in Lake Geneva.

Liebmann was awarded the "Beyond the Call" Award by Legal Action of Wisconsin at the 1998 Pro Bono Publico Awards for his involvement in the Equal Justice Coalition campaign. He has served as vice-president, board member and willing soldier for the campaign and led his own firm to 100% participation in the campaign last year.

Liebmann was nominated by the late Legal Services of Northeastern Wisconsin Executive Director Daniel Tuchscherer. In his nomination letter, Tuchscherer said, "Burt Liebmann's generosity, his professionalism, his concern for his community and his substantial abilities should make us all proud as lawyers struggling to improve access to justice in Wisconsin."
