    Hearing Notice 15-02: Amending Rules of Appellate Procedure

    Diane Fremgen, Clerk of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, filed a petition to amend certain sections of Wis. Stat. ch. 809 related to the transmitting and keeping of appellate records in an effort to permit and facilitate the use of electronic records in appellate matters.

    Hearing Order Issued: August 10, 2015

    Dispostion: A public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., Supreme Court Room, State Capitol, Madison

    Final Order 12-09: Creating a Rule under SCR CH. 80 and Amending SCR 98.07, Publication of Rules

    The Publication Review Committee proposed changes and additions to Supreme Court Rule (SCR) Chapter 80, designed to govern publication of Supreme Court orders and opinions issued in cases, and amendments to SCR 98.07, which governs publication of orders in rule matters.

    Order Issued: August 7, 2015

    Disposition: Amendments effective August 7, 2015
