    Governor Seeks Applicants for Judicial Vacancies in Dunn and Waupaca Counties  

    Nov. 19, 2013 – Gov. Scott Walker is seeking applicants for judicial appointments to the circuit courts in Dunn County and Waupaca County.

    The Dunn County appointee will replace Judge William C. Stewart, Jr. The Waupaca County appointee will replace Judge John Hoffmann. Both are retiring on Nov. 29, 2013.

    Those applying for the Dunn County post must submit their application materials no later than 5 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2013. Those interested in the Waupaca County post must submit their application materials no later than 5 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2013.

    To apply, interested individuals should submit a judicial application (scroll to the bottom of the page to find the MS Word application link), together with a cover letter, resume (not to exceed two pages), a list of three to four references, and two writing samples.

    Submit completed application materials and any questions via email to judicialappointments@wisconsin.gov. Following submission, you will receive an email confirming that your application was received, and describing the general appointment process.
