    Electronic and computer forensics evidence: Part 2

    March 17, 2010 —In this video, the second of a three-part series, State Bar Practice Management Advisor Nerino Petro discusses electronic discovery and computer forensics with Bruce Olson, president of ONLAW Trial Technologies LLC. Olsen explains how information is electronically stored and who should be concerned about electronically stored information. In Part 1, Olson explains when a lawyer would engage the services of a computer or e-discovery forensics expert.
