Bar dues and court assessments set for FY 05
The 2004 State Bar dues and supreme court assessments statements will
be mailed this month. State Bar dues increased from $210 to $224 for
active members. The increase, the first in six years, will be used to
fund and improve existing programs and provide new member and public
services.
The Board of Bar Examiners (BBE) assessment increased from $11.50 to
$13. The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) assessment increased from
$123.12 to $132.66. BBE and OLR fees quoted are for full active licenses
for lawyers in practice for three or more years.
The Clients' Security Fund (CSF) assessment is $10. All
Wisconsin-licensed attorneys, except those classified as inactive,
contribute to the CSF. (See Clients'

Dues and assessments are due July 1, 2004.
