- Implications of frac sand mining
- A historical summary of Wisconsin zoning and land use laws
- A “future looking” presentation from the Department of Natural Resources
- Implications of 2011 Assembly Bill 179, which authorizes cities and villages to jointly create multi-jurisdictional tax incremental financing (TIF) districts
- Form-based zoning: One municipality's experience using SmartCode
- Dealing with tax delinquent brownfields
- Tips on enforcing nuisance ordinances and dealing with zoning issues
- Plus an update on land use legislation and case
The State Bar of Wisconsin Government Lawyers Division and the Administrative and Local Government Law Section are cosponsors. The 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. program has been submitted for up to 7.5 CLE credits. A Video replay is scheduled for April 17 and a webcast is scheduled for May 1.
