Hearing Order 14-04: Protection of Information in Circuit Court Records
The Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP) Steering Committee is petitioning the Wisconsin Supreme Court to create Wis. Stat.§ 801.19. The CCAP Steering Committee contends that the proposed rule will provide protection of certain personal information found in circuit court records, as well as establish procedures for submission of confidential information, sealing, and redaction of documents.

Disposition: Public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in Supreme Court Room, State Capitol
