Hearing Order 14-03: Electronic Circuit Court Filings
The Committee of Chief Judges is petitioning the Wisconsin Supreme Court to create Wis. Stat. § 801.18. If adopted, the proposed rule would require county-by-county transition from paper case files in the circuit courts to all electronic files, as well as mandate electronic filing by attorneys and high-volume small claims filers in circuit court proceedings.
