Sports Law in the State of Wisconsin,
provides an overview of the development of sports law in the state of
Wisconsin until the end of the year 2004. This survey is a starting
point for practitioners undertaking the practice of sports law in the
state of Wisconsin. It is also intended to provide an in depth look at
how the law has impacted the sports industry in the state of
Wisconsin.

On Friday, October 23, 2009, the National Sports Law Institute of
Marquette University Law School will host a conference on The Evolution
of Sports Law and Business from the 20th to the 21st Century at the
Alumni Memorial Union on the Marquette campus. Because the State Bar of
