State Bar of Wisconsin

This section provides education, resources and other support for prosecutors,defense attorneys and judges who practice criminal law at the local, state and federal levels. The section monitors and proposes legislation in the area of criminal law, has a listserv for members, and sponsors CLE seminars at State Bar conventions. It also publishes a newsletter with updates on the law, jury instructions, proposed legislation and other matters of interest.
