- Individual Rights Developments In The Seventh Circuit: 1996-97 Term: Between July 1, 1996 and June 30, 1997 the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit decided 225 cases with full opinions published in the Federal Reporter 3d, Vols. 87 F.3d to 118 F.3d, that concerned "individual rights" issues, as that phrase is commonly defined by the Wisconsin State Bar and its members. This paper selects from those decisions cases and issues that represent important developments in the law of individual rights.
