Incivility among lawyers and judges, difficulty in making claims against government entities, complicated appellate procedures, and stress are other top concerns that quicken the pulse of survey respondents.

As a result of the success of the Milwaukee Bar Association's Federal Bench Bar Committee, it was decided that an organization devoted solely to the federal court should be formed. The EDWBA was the result.
