Daniel J. Finerty is a shareholder with Lindner & Marsack, S.C. in Milwaukee. Daniel concentrates his legal practice on counseling clients in employment compliance matters such as the accommodation process under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act; addressing requests for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Wisconsin Family and Medical Leave Act; as well as return-to-work issues following leave for medical reason, worker's compensation injuries, and other leave. He also defends his clients in all areas of litigation and compliance matters in front of administrative agencies; federal, state and tribal courts; as well as in labor arbitration.
Daniel has represented Wisconsin municipal entities, school districts, Native American tribes, tribal-owned businesses, non-profits, private sector employers, and their insurance carrier partners in a wide variety of industries in alternative dispute resolution and employment litigation matters for over 20 years. Daniel serves as panel counsel for several regional and national Employment Practices Liability Insurance carriers.
