Stephane Fabus is an attorney at the Milwaukee office of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman. She focuses her practice on helping clients navigate patient privacy and data security requirements at both the state and federal level, including HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and the new Information Blocking Rule.
Stephane has counseled clients in responding to patient complaints, government investigations, and privacy and security breaches.
