Key Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in various matters such as Small/Large claims, Collections, Evictions, Restraining Orders, Condo & HOA matters, real estate matters relating to Offers to Purchase, Land Contracts, Mortgages, Easements & Restrictive Covenants, and Leases (Residential & Commercial)
- Duties shall include, but not be limited to, conducting legal research and writing briefs, handling discovery related activities and investigations, presenting oral arguments, counseling clients on litigation related matters, and drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Proactively managing client matters with a focus on service, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Wisconsin State Bar. (Note we will also consider 3L candidates with local connections who are interested in a school year internship with a possibility of employment after graduation.)
- In person work is required; this is not a remote position.
- Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
