Responsibilities include: general advice, contracts, ordinance development, real estate transactions, development agreements, and municipal court prosecution. Ideal candidate will be a polished professional, possess an optimistic attitude and have strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage people, resolve conflict, and coach others. Requires a Law Degree, admission to practice in Wisconsin with 10 years varied experience in the practice of Municipal Law. Experience with tax incremental financing, and development agreement negotiating and drafting strongly preferred.
