Patrick Stevens, North Dakota 1988, has become
executive director of the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association,
Madison. He previously was the association's corporate counsel and
director of environmental policy and regulations.

Perri, U.W. 2002, have joined the appellate division of the
Wisconsin State Public Defender's office as assistant state public
defenders. Cerone is with the Madison office, and Perri is with the

Harry G. Holz, Marquette 1958, and G. Lane
Ware, U.W. 1965, have been appointed cochairs of the Wisconsin
Fellows of the American Bar Foundation. Holz is retired from partnership

The Lafayette County Bar Association has elected the following

contributing author to "International Human Rights 2004," The

Christopher J. Brown, U.W. 1986, spoke about marine
liability insurance at a meeting in September in Jakarta. In August he
spoke about transport and maritime environmental issues at a seminar in
Inner Mongolia.

Electromation: Are Employee Participation Programs a Competitive
Necessity or a Wolf in Sheep's Clothing?" Labor Law Stories 315
(Foundation Press 2005) and spoke on "Labor Relations During the Clinton
Administration" at the 11th Presidential Conference at Hofstra
University, New York City. Moberly, dean emeritus and professor of law
at the University of Arkansas, also has been appointed to the National

Steven C. Becker, Syracuse 1997 summa cum laude, is
a recipient of the Foley & Lardner LLP ninth annual Founder's Award,

on patent prosecution, counseling, enforcement and litigation,

Professor Carin Clauss is the 2005 recipient of the
Marygold Shire Melli Achievement Award, presented by the Legal
