|

Louis Baureis, Missouri-Kansas City 1990, has joined
Gendlin & Liverman S.C., with offices in Milwaukee, Racine,

D. Byron Goltz, U.W. 1982, has been promoted to the
rank of captain in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary and has been assigned as
legal officer to the Milwaukee Emergency Services Squadron, serving as
legal advisor to the squadron commander and as a liaison to local law
enforcement and state and federal agencies.
Aaron T. Haase, Arkansas 2003, has received a
commission in the U.S. Air Force as a judge advocate general. He focuses
on taxation at Offutt AFB, Omaha, Neb.
Gregory T. Kuntsman, Marquette 2002, has joined
Walgreen Co., Deerfield, Ill., focusing on real estate law. He
previously served as corporate counsel with Menards Inc.
Angela E. McGraw, Marquette 2000, has joined the
Milwaukee office of Michael F. Hupy & Associates S.C., as an
associate, focusing on personal injury litigation. She previously was

Georgetown with distinction, has joined Western State University College

Frank J. Daily, Marquette 1968, has been appointed
by Gov. Jim Doyle to the Governor's Advisory Council on Judicial
Selection, which makes recommendations to the governor on filling
vacancies in the state court system. Daily is a senior partner and head
of the national product liability practice at Quarles & Brady LLP,
Milwaukee.
Laurie Levin, U.W. 1981, has been elected treasurer
of the Florida Bar Health Law Section. She practices health law in the
Orlando office of Baker & Hostetler LLP.

Delos N. Lutton, Chicago 1973, has been named
president-elect of the Union Internationale des Avocats, an
international association of lawyers, bar associations, and law
societies. He is a shareholder with the Milwaukee office of Reinhart
Boerner Van Deuren S.C., focusing on corporate and international
law.
John Schober, Marquette 1976, has been elected chair
of the Wisconsin State Elections Board, which administers election and
campaign laws. He is a shareholder in Schober Schober & Mitchell
S.C., with offices in New Berlin, Oconomowoc, Hartford, and Wauwatosa,
and was in the Wisconsin Assembly from 1982 to 1988.

Joan Ravanelli Miller, Marquette 1983, received a
Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Marquette University in August. Her
dissertation was entitled "The Attitudes and Beliefs Lawyers Have About
Seeking Professional Mental Health Services." She provides coaching,
consulting, and psychotherapy services with Health Psychology
Associates, Milwaukee.

W. Scott Nehs, U.W. 1991, was named one of the "Top
40 Lawyers Under 40" in Illinois by the Chicago Daily Law
Bulletin. He is vice president legal and chief compliance officer
for PepsiAmericas Inc.
Jeffrey Spitzer-Resnick, Boston College 1985,
received a Distinguished Service Award from the Arc-Wisconsin in
appreciation for his support of the organization and for promoting the
quality of life for people with developmental and related disabilities
and their families. He is managing attorney for the Wisconsin Coalition
