June 3, 2020 – More than two months ago, Judge Randy Koschnick – Director of Wisconsin State Courts and a former circuit court judge in Jefferson County – was purchasing hundreds of Zoom accounts to move the courts to remote hearings.
Now, Judge Koschnick is navigating a slow return to in-person hearings, guided by recent recommendations from Wisconsin Courts COVID-19 Task Force.
