    About Leadership

Many people make resolutions for a new year or when a birthday approaches with the goal of becoming better personally and professionally. In this article, State Bar leaders Margaret Hickey and Anna Muñoz talk about volunteering. Whether you have two years or 20 years of lawyering under your belt, you have something to offer. Volunteering is a smart thing to do, and it’s never too early, or too late, to start, they say.

Hickey and Muñoz challenge you to look at what you can do to get involved influencing the future of your profession.
