Know an outstanding young lawyer? The State Bar of Wisconsin Young Lawyers Division is seeking nominations for a young lawyer who has made an impact.

Nov. 4, 2015 – The State Bar of Wisconsin Young Lawyers Division is soliciting nominations for the Seventh Annual Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. The award pays tribute to a young lawyer who has made an impact in his or her practice area, in service to the bar, and in service to the community.

The winner will receive the award at the Young Lawyers Leadership Conference in Madison on April 1, 2016, and will be recognized in the YLD newsletter, Fresh Perspectives, and in InsideTrack as an inspiration to other young lawyers.

    Who Can Be Nominated?

The nominee must be under age 36 or within first five years of practice and be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Wisconsin for more than 12 months.

Young lawyers who currently sit on the YLD Board or on the State Bar Board of Governors are not eligible for the award.
