CaseLaw Express, a free weekly State Bar email service for members, is a great way to keep abreast of recent Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions.
Jan. 15, 2014 – More than 4,000 lawyers, judges, and their support staff subscribe to the State Bar’s CaseLaw Express™. This State Bar member benefit lists and categorizes by topic all decisions handed down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals during the previous week. Each edition organizes cases by topic, provides direct links to the full text of each decision, and indicates whether a decision has been recommended for publication. Visit the CaseLaw archive for a listing of 2013 cases.
How It Works
CaseLaw Express subscribers receive an email each Monday listing the previous week’s Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions. A fully searchable archive helps you find cases by topic area.
