The Conference now has a dedicated website for you to book your hotel rooms online. To reserve rooms at the discounted conference rates, visit https://book.passkey.com/e/49882966.
Reservation deadline: Room reservations made by September 23 will receive the discounted Conference rates.
All rooms include waterpark passes for the guests registered to the room. Room rates are for up to four people per room. There is an additional per-person charge for more than four people.
Hotel Room Cancellation Policy
A one-night room charge deposit (plus tax) is required at the time the reservation is made. For rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival, you receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. If cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you forfeit the entire room charge deposit.
