About the Conference
Solo and small-firm attorneys are the aces of the legal world. We’re inspired by your bravery and pioneer spirit in piloting your firm. But you shouldn’t have to fly solo on your course to success. That’s why we created the Wisconsin Solo & Small Firm Conference.
WSSFC is your co-pilot, helping you navigate a smaller firm’s everyday challenges – whether it’s keeping up on multiple practice areas or managing the business side of your office.
It’s a chance to share the sky with outstanding fellow attorneys. Make some new friends. Find out what works – and what doesn’t – for other lawyers like you. And take time to visit exhibitors at the Legal Expo for all the latest tools, services, and ideas to keep your practice soaring.
Don’t let stress put you into a stall. Learn how you can feel better, work smarter, and reduce strain. Relax and unwind at enjoyable social events.
So join us at WSSFC 2019 as we take off on a journey of learning, networking, and fun!

WSSFC Scholarships – Apply Today!
The State Bar’s Solo/Small Firm & General Practice Section is offering three scholarships to WSSFC. The scholarships cover the cost of conference tuition. Recipients are responsible for their travel and lodging costs.
All solo and small-firm attorneys are eligible to apply, but preference is given to those who otherwise couldn’t attend the conference due to financial constraints.
WSSFC scholarship recipients are expected to “pay it forward” through volunteer service. That service could take the form of assisting with WSSFC planning or serving on either the Solo/Small Firm & General Practice Section board or a board subcommittee.
Download your application and submit it to jcorkery@wisbar.org by Friday, September 13, 2019.
