The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in personal injury settlement and litigation. A history of working as an attorney for an insurance defense firm or a plaintiff firm is a benefit. Medical Record review and a nursing or science background is great. Must be a top-notch negotiator, litigator, and communicator. Must have J.D. from an accredited law school and are licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin. Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills are required.
