Our caseload in state and federal courts and agencies involves discrimination, retaliation, contracts, long-term disability benefits, wages, FMLA, qui tam and non-compete litigation. All of our firm's professionals collaborate with one another to ensure the best possible representation for our clients.
In this position you will build cases by interviewing witnesses; taking and defending depositions; issuing discovery and reviewing evidence; drafting motions; attending hearings; providing legal guidance and support to clients; and trying cases before judges and juries.
You must be admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar with 3+ years’ experience as a practicing employment law attorney with the ability to manage a high caseload. In addition, superior academic credentials and persuasive communication skills are required. While 3 years is the minimum years of required experience, we would also welcome a senior level attorney.
