Halling & Cayo, SC is looking for a litigation attorney with a minimum of three years’ litigation experience, preferably with some experience in insurance defense. This position will split time between business litigation and insurance defense. The ideal candidate would be expected to conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, argue motions in court, take and defend depositions and assist with case strategy and trial preparation.
