Seeking a lawyer with 2-4 years of experience in commercial finance, secured transactions, real estate finance and/or corporate transactional matters.
Description: Represent banks, insurance companies, other nontraditional lenders, and borrowers in connection with structuring and documenting all different types of finance transactions (acquisition, construction, real estate, C&I, government-backed, bond deals, etc.). Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys on commercial loan, commercial real estate finance, and merger and acquisition matters. Expect to be drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing due diligence including UCC lien searches, organizational documents, leases, title and surveys, and handling or assisting with transaction closings.
