Miller & Miller, a Milwaukee based bankruptcy law firm seeks an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial-minded associate to practice primarily bankruptcy and various federal consumer laws. You will handle Chapter 128’s, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Duties include meeting with potential/ current clients for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, drafting pleadings and memoranda of law, attending hearings, maintaining excellent client service for all assigned cases, and tracking case work through our case management systems.
The ideal candidate will be an outcomes-focused professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent conflict resolution skills, and is proficient in time management techniques that support the execution of high volume caseloads.
