Dempsey Law was founded in 1849 and has a rich tradition as one of Wisconsin’s oldest continually operating law firms. In recent years Dempsey Law has rapidly expanded and now has five offices throughout Wisconsin. The Dempsey Team currently includes 16 attorneys, approximately 30 total team members, and is growing.
The ideal candidates would have two years estate planning, trust administration, probate, Medicaid planning, and/or tax planning experience; civil litigation experience; family law experience; or a desire to learn these practices. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, work ethic, and writing skills. A current license to practice law in Wisconsin is required.
