Busy boutique litigation practice established in 2012 has an immediate opening for an associate litigation attorney interested in advancing their career in a uniquely creative, collaborative, and supportive environment. Best fit candidates will have at least two years of experience in commercial and civil litigation; a zealous drive to advocate for clients in the areas of family, employment, and business law; and be equally comfortable taking initiative and direction.
Responsibilities include case management; legal research; discovery; drafting persuasive briefs; and court appearances, up to and including trial.
